Specialisation:
Civil law and business law, day-to-day legal services for business enterprises – especially on corporate law issues and on the legal aspects of obtaining finance for business operations, including negotiation of the terms of credit facility agreements and bond issue contracts. She is also a member of risk & support and public procurment team.
Experience:
Worked with a number of recognised law firms, and also as an in-house lawyer for Philip Morris Polska S.A. (2000-2001) and for LOT, the Polish national airline (2003-2007). In the latter capacity, she worked on establishment of Centralwings, Poland’s first budget airline, and subsequently managed the legal aspects of its operations. Her professional experience includes negotiation and assessment of civil law contracts, finance and credit facility agreements, corporate law services for companies and banks, and the legal aspects of bond issues (including bonds guaranteed by the State Treasury). With GESSEL since 2010.
Education:
Master’s degree in law, University of Warsaw, 1998. Postgraduate studies in competition law, Institute of Inventions and Protection of Intellectual Property at the Jagiellonian University, Krakow, 1999. Admitted to practice by the Warsaw regional bar association in 2003.
